My faith is very important to me when it comes to the guidance I receive. Is your work faith-based, or is it purely secular?

Our work is highly faith-based. Specifically, we bring a Christian worldview to everything we do. We take seriously the teaching that God designs people and places them here for a purpose. Those beliefs have countless implications for one's career and life directions, and we are more than happy to help our clients consider those factors in light of their own context.

That said, we work with people from all kinds of religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds. We always seek to respect those perspectives and will not impose our own beliefs. Giftedness is a real phenomenon that "works," regardless of one's worldview.
